Messy Moo Organised Lifestyle offers a personal, professional and confidential service. We will never divulge client information to third parties.
Our advice and recommendations are given in good faith and it is always your decision whether or not to accept and act on any advice given. We cannot therefore accept responsibility for the consequences of these.
Other suppliers and services
We are happy to make suggestions on the use of additional services, for example, cleaners and handymen, and can help to arrange these services. However, we will not be held liable if their performances fall below an acceptable standard, nor for any loss or damage caused by any such supplier. Suppliers’ charges are always payable by you, unless we have agreed other wise in writing.
In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that Messy Moo Organised Lifestyle will not be held liable.
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, the client agrees that if they cancel an appointment giving less than two working days’ notice this will result in a 50% charge of the session.
Messy Moo Organised Lifestyle will handle your possessions with the greatest of care. Unfortunately accidents happen. We shall not be liable for losses or damage howsoever caused. We will bag/box up all items you wish to be donated, disposed of, sold and/or recycled, and this is included within our service. We will not however be able to remove large, heavy items ourselves.
Charges for our services will be levied at the agreed price following a consultation. Messy Moo Organised Lifestyle charges £150.00 for a 4 hour session and £200.00 for a 6 hour session to the nearest 15 minutes. 50% of our services are payable in advance and the balance within 14 days of invoice. Payment is accepted by cash, cheques or or BACS.
Travelling costs of 45p per mile by car will be charged for any journeys (one way) incurring more than one hours travelling time.
